Join Burbank Public Library for a discussion of this year's One Book, One County title, 'L.A. Weather.'

In L.A. Weather, María Amparo Escandón drops us into the Rancho Verde four-bedroom home of the Alvarados, a wealthy Mexican American family harboring a host of secrets and lies. The novel is a rich tapestry, chock-full of human drama set against the backdrop of a record-breaking California drought, and it's written with a great deal of energy and love for its characters.

Enjoy some tea and good company as we delve deeper into this New York Times Bestseller. All are welcome to attend.
