Join us with the Burbank Fire Department for "Ready Together", a fun and interactive program designed to help kids ages 5 and up and their caregivers create a Family Disaster Plan together.

Disasters can be scary — but planning for them doesn’t have to be! Join us at the Library with the Burbank Fire Department for Ready Together, a fun and interactive program where kids (ages 5 and up) and their caregivers learn how to prepare for emergencies as a team.

Through games, a scavenger hunt, and hands-on activities, families will:

  • Learn about different types of disasters
  • Build a go bag checklist together
  • Create a simple, easy-to-follow Family Emergency Plan

Perfect for families looking to get ready together, this program turns emergency preparedness into a positive, empowering adventure!
