Join us for a live reading of "War of the Worlds," followed by a Burbank Fire Department talk on what the story got wrong—and how to stay safe in a real emergency.

Join us for a special Reader’s Theater performance of War of the Worlds—the infamous 1938 radio play that sparked nationwide panic. After the one-hour production, Burbank Fire Department’s Emergency Management Administrator, Eric Baumgardner, will lead a discussion on what went wrong and how we can be better prepared for any kind of emergency—alien or otherwise!
