Morning Yoga at Burbank Library

Join us on the mat for a nourishing morning flow!
Yoga Instructor Jessica Lea Risco will lead participants in an all-levels flow class that will include traditional yoga poses, breathing, mindfulness, and rest. Beginners are welcome and modifications will be provided.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat, if you have one!
Registration is required - if you sign up for the waitlist, it is not a guaranteed spot in the program.
