The City of Burbank is exploring ideas for a potential new Central Library & Public Plaza. We want to hear directly from teens what you think a future library should include.
A future Burbank Central Library and Public Plaza project is being proposed as a transformative opportunity to meet community needs while building a thriving downtown neighborhood in a sustainable and fiscally responsible way. The project proposes a new vibrant public plaza and improved Central Library, and replaces the Administrative Services Building offices in downtown Burbank.
We need to hear from our community's teenagers! What spaces would make you want to spend time here? What tech, programs, or hangout areas are missing today? Your ideas will help influence the early vision for a future Library designed with teen spaces in mind. Join us for hands-on activities and conversations about this potential project.
For grades 6 - 12. Pizza and refreshments will be provided! Registration encouraged, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome.
