Now, imagine having that experience right here in Burbank! Join Fondazione Italia and our expert Italian instructor for a hands-on bruschetta-making experience where you’ll learn the secrets of authentic Italian bruschetta and savor your creations with a refreshing sparkling beverage. You’ll make three delicious bruschette from scratch: classic tomato & basil, Mediterranean with olives & capers, and artichoke & feta with a hint of lemon zest. All ingredients and materials are provided, along with a sparkling drink and a printed recipe sheet to take home. This isn’t just a class - it’s a full Italian experience!
