Local Italian chef Francesco Allegro will show you how to select, pair, and use these herbs to enhance flavor in classic and modern recipes as he explores with you the rich history and everyday use of Italian herbs in the Italian kitchen. Participants will learn how herbs like basil, rosemary, oregano, and sage have shaped regional dishes and culinary traditions across Italy. Perfect for food lovers, the workshop offers both cultural insight and hands-on inspiration to bring authentic Italian flavor into your kitchen.
