Join us for a meditative morning!

Instructor Jessica Lea Risco will lead participants in the art of meditation. You'll learn:

• The science behind meditation
• Different meditation modalities

Jessica will then lead the class in the varying meditation types with time for reflection and discussion.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow and blanket.
