Managing Devices Without The Fight

A Health-E Habits Presentation

A hybrid event you can attend in-person or at home! Join us as we learn how families can build healthy habits around smart devices and video games, without the fights!

Tired of the daily battles over screen time? Join Jim Festante, Executive Director of Health-e-Habits and a 20-year media industry insider, for a practical workshop designed to bring peace back to your living room. We will look under the hood of popular games and apps to understand the fundamental difference between a digital "Sandbox" (where kids create and control the play) and a digital "Casino" (where algorithms extract their attention). Walk away with actionable, stress-free strategies to establish healthy boundaries, reduce tech-related meltdowns, and help your family build mindful digital habits without the fight.
