Queer Histories, Queer Futures program series
Saturday, December 05
4:00pm - 6:00pm
Build strong community through crafting!
Queer Histories & Queer Futures is a quarterly program series at Burbank Public Library that explores LGBTQ+ lives through art, storytelling, and shared community experiences. Grounded in history and focused on creative expression, this series creates space for connection, learning, and visibility, honoring the past while imagining inclusive futures for all.
This edition of Queer Histories & Queer Futures explores building strong queer community during times of social change and uncertainty through shared interests and hobbies. While we craft and chat with others, we will also be learning about building strong community ties through ice breakers and activities. The hope is that you're here to make friends, chat, and learn about community building!
We will also provide soft music and refreshments.
