The Hospitality Training Academy (HTA) empowers individuals through hospitality training and career opportunities, building a skilled workforce and creating pathways for those seeking career opportunities in Culinary, Barista and Bartending. Stop by to learn more about our academy.
HTA provides free training and best-in-class apprenticeships to prepare people for high-quality, in-demand jobs in the hospitality, food service, leisure, and tourism industries. We connect our partner employers in Southern California and the State of Arizona with well-trained workers; we upskill current workers and help people from vulnerable communities move from poverty to economic independence through life-changing careers. Over 95% of our students have a job waiting for them when they graduate.
