Wonderbooks are a type of hardcover picture book or early reader with a little audiobook player built right into the front cover - no CD player or special equipment needed!
Families who attend our Book Tasting will be able to sample these Read Along options, see which options work best for their "palate," and take home a doggy bag of books to read later.
Why serve up Read Alongs to your beginning reader? Read Alongs can help readers learn how to use language to make sense of the world and have been shown to improve information processing skills, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.
The Burbank Central Library is located at the corner of Glenoaks Boulevard and Olive Avenue in downtown Burbank. It is a two-story building with elevator access.
