Help Us Name Our New Bookmobile! 

Burbank Public Library is excited to announce the arrival of our brand-new bookmobile! This vehicle is more than just a library on wheels - it’s a bridge to the community, bringing books, technology, and library services to neighborhoods, schools, parks, and community events across Burbank. 

The Friends of the Burbank Public Library made the purchase of the new bookmobile possible through their generous funding, continuing a long tradition of supporting innovative library services in our community.  

Now we need your help to give it a name! 

How to Enter 
Submit your proposed bookmobile name online at burbanklibrary.org/bookmobile or in person at any Burbank Public Library location from November 1 - 12.  

Name Guidelines 

• Keep it short and easy to remember (ideally 2–3 words). 
• Family-friendly and appropriate for all audiences. 
• Original ideas only - no copyrighted names, trademarks, or duplicates of existing library vehicles. 

A selection of names will then be chosen for the community to vote on their favorite. 

Cast Your Vote 
Community voting will take place November 14 - 23, 2025. Cast your vote for your favorite at burbanklibrary.org/bookmobile or in person at any Burbank Public Library location. You can also vote during Holiday in the Park on November 21 - stop by, submit your choice, and take a tour of the new bookmobile while you’re there! 

The winner will enjoy a special library swag bag, and, of course, bragging rights for life!
