The City of Burbank is planning for a prospective new Burbank Central Library and Public Plaza, and we need the community’s input.
A future Burbank Central Library and Public Plaza project is being proposed as a transformative opportunity to meet community needs while building a thriving downtown neighborhood in a sustainable and fiscally responsible way. The project proposes a new vibrant public plaza and improved Central Library, and replaces the Administrative Services Building offices in downtown Burbank.
Starting in October 2025, the City of Burbank will be hosting a series of Community Workshops to introduce the project and get your feedback on your ideas, priorities, and needs for a prospective new Burbank Central Library and Public Plaza. We need your input to create a space that reflects the Burbank community.
