Guided Meditation

Quiet your mind through meditation at the Library.

Join us for this guided meditation session where you'll learn how to practice mindfulness and improve your mental well-being. An instructor from Hollywood Sunset Meditation will help provide a calm and supportive space for stress relief and introduce you to simple, accessible meditation practices.

This session will include a brief welcome and introduction, a guided meditation session, and an optional Q&A for our instructor. 

Chairs will be provided, but you can bring your own cushion or mat to sit on the floor.
