Spring Art in the Park

Celebrate spring and join us outdoors in the park for an afternoon of spring-inspired art!

Spring Art in the Park is for all families and kids! Join us outdoors in the park for an afternoon of spring-inspired art! Due to the heat, activities may also be taken inside the library.

We'll meet in the park behind Northwest Branch Library, where we will be making rainbows for St. Patrick's Day and other spring scenes.

We will provide all of the materials - just bring your creativity, and a blanket to sit on in the park! We will have some tarps to borrow.

Engaging in arts and crafts activities can improve a child’s fine motor skills and enhance their creative problem-solving abilities. Activities like cutting, gluing, painting, and drawing can help children develop better coordination and dexterity while creating three dimensional objects can improve visual-spatial skills.
