Get personal assistance with your computer, internet and smart device questions.

Stop by our live technology help program to get assistance with your computer or smart device. Our knowledgeable volunteers can help you with common tech problems and questions such as:

  • How do I check my email?
  • How do I get ebooks on my phone?
  • How do I install an app?
  • How can I apply for a job online?

And many other technology questions!

One-on-one assistance is limited to 15 minutes per session.

For additional questions, please call 818-238-5580. 

Volunteers cannot assist with CD-Rom questions.
Patrons can use public computers for disks and ask the Information Desk for assistance.

About the branch

The Burbank Central Library is located at the corner of Glenoaks Boulevard and Olive Avenue in downtown Burbank. It is a two-story building with elevator access.
