Color your stress away and meet new people in a calming environment

Adult coloring is a great way to relax, promote mindfulness, and allow creativity.

Celebrate National Coloring Book Day at a program geared toward adults who want to reduce anxiety while coloring. We will learn some mindfulness tips as we relax, draw, and meet new people.

Supplies provided. Meet in the second floor auditorium.
