Employment Development Department (EDD) is so much more than just unemployment.

The Employment Development Department (EDD) is one of the largest state departments with employees at hundreds of service locations throughout the state. Since 1936, EDD has connected millions of job seekers and employers in an effort to build the economy of the Golden State. Topics with EDD will include:

  • Developing an effective resume
  • Composing cover letters 

Additional programs in partnership with EDD will take place at Burbank Central Library on:

About the branch

The Burbank Central Library is located at the corner of Glenoaks Boulevard and Olive Avenue in downtown Burbank. It is a two-story building with elevator access.
